「This place is better than a back alley, but not by much. Weekend before Memorial day boiler still on and the room was 85 degrees had to open the door windows turn on the air it did not cool down until the next night. Cockroaches, they do not change the sheets inbetween guest, only thing the guy cleaning the room came out with are the towels, but i guess pretending to wash them works. Do not even ask about the bathroom, you are banging your knees to sit down and i think the shower was last used...

「Nice view of the lake. Easy parking. Staff were nice and the room was good. The bathtub wasn't pristine by any stretch. The property needs an update badly, but I understand that's costly. It was a solid stay for a driving trip in upstate NY on a holiday weekend.」

The threshold into the bathroom had bare metal rails that could cut bare feet, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty and the shower controls were hanging off the wall…I did not use the shower because of the poor shape the bathroom was in. All of the items were communicated to the front desk staff. The only redeeming aspect to the room was clean linens. I will never stay there again.」

「Cleaning staff is quite noisy. Breakfast should be served at a more reasonable time, perhaps between 7 and 10 a.m., instead of the current 6 to 9 a.m. The folding bed is outdated and uncomfortable, and the springs are felt. Instead of providing numerous shampoo and conditioner bottles, consider offering lotion bottles as well. Additionally, the air conditioner does not blow cold air.」

「There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve 」
