「Hideaway Bay is truly amazing! So peaceful and relaxing. A perfect weekend getaway! We stayed durning Mother’s Day weekend so it was much slower then I assume it would be in the summer. The staff was incredibly attentive- always make sure we had what we needed. If you pass them outside, they are always checking in with you, which i really appreciated it. 「Nice view of the lake. Easy parking. Staff were nice and the room was good. The bathtub wasn't pristine by any stretch. The property needs an update badly, but I understand that's costly. It was a solid stay for a driving trip in upstate NY on a holiday weekend.」

「The "motel" is more like a resident homeless shelter!! The place is full of derelict adults and rat ass kids running around the parking lot, I damn near ran over a few. The property is run down as hell, although I will add that my room was indeed clean and the bed comfortable. Don't expect any amenities, there's absolutely none!!」

「This place is better than a back alley, but not by much. Weekend before Memorial day boiler still on and the room was 85 degrees had to open the door windows turn on the air it did not cool down until the next night. Cockroaches, they do not change the sheets inbetween guest, only thing the guy cleaning the room came out with are the towels, but i guess pretending to wash them works. Do not even ask about the bathroom, you are banging your knees to sit down and i think the shower was last used...
