"I never stayed told the hotel the day before. Before 3 , they were rude told my to call Expedia I fell asleep holding so long with them. So I called them again the next morning, they told me as long as they could confirm I didn't come they would take off the charge and didn't. When I called the hotel the next day the hung up on me. Terrible I'll never book thru Expedia or get another roo with them. I drive almost 3 hours to go there from Cleveland I had just caught a cold."

"Needs updating for sure but was ok. Had an issue with my TV not working and the staff at the desk had me unplug the cable box to try resetting it. When I called back to say that wasn’t working she gave me a hard time. She did offer to change my room but it was already late at night and I didn’t want to do that. Told me she had no solutions and there was no maintenance staff on grounds. "

"Great location. Just off the main strip. Rooms are clean, but there are several buildings where you could be placed. We were placed in a shared house with several rooms. Breakfast was simple with bagels, cereal, and yogurt. Coffee was freshly brewed."

"The heat was not working properly, room was old. The refrigerator did not have a temperature adjuster. The hallways were not vacuumed. I cleaned drywall pieces and dust off the dresser."

"The power was out on Saturday February 28th. We were not able to take any showers and had to walk down 4 flights of stairs in the dark. We were hoping to get some kind of a discount for this inconvenience but have not heard a word from the desk clerk, He said he would call me but never did"

"This hotel is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Ellicottville/Holiday Valley area. It is a little older, but the location and amenities are impeccable! Parking is onsite and very easy, so once you find your spot, everything from there is very walkable. They have a very welcoming lobby with a fireplace and also nice touches like a complimentary breakfast and a daily slope report. Everybody was very friendly and helpful, so we highly recommend! "
