I booked a last minute stay at Buffalo Guess house, didn’t expect it to be soooo nice, a lovely historical place , that has ever thing you need and makes you feel you are that special guest treated like a VIP that spend the night at your friends cozy house. 3 min drive from Downtown Buffalo, countless restaurants to explore,, Harbor walk, Seneca Creek Casino 6 min drive.. great breakfast every morning with scrambled eggs that Really taste like eggs, fresh coffee, cinnamon rolls, toast, the cleanest sheets I have ever slept on,(and I travel quite often),Free parking right outside, and felt safe parking our rental at night. Safe and quiet neighborhood.The whole experience was amazing. The beds were soo comfortable I’d like to find out the mattresses the use.. It was my 1st experience in an BnB, and I ended up booking a second night.And would definitely book it again.Thank you Maria for excellent customer service.And thank you Wes for a warm welcoming. If you plan on booking this lovely place, keep in mind they have some rooms in first floor, and some in second floor (if any case of knee problems to be considered).

This was a brutal stay — pretty expensive for what it is. Did not realize there are communal showers when I booked.

This is the cutest, coziest little hotel. Feels more like a bed and breakfast. The hospitality was GREAT and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again!!!

If you’re looking to stay in a very fun area to discover more about the neighborhood I will suggest the Guesthouse They opened last May and Owner and Staff are a great team helping their Guests getting familiar with Buffalo and the surrounding areas Good Breakfast and Great Location

Location was great, calm and quiet. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are in decent shape—clean and maintained—but they show their age. This can be seen by some as somewhat charming :)

The property was spotless. Rooms are very small and not all rooms have private showers, but the staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was outstanding!

The owner met us at the desk and was 100% cordial. We talked about life gor a bit. His manager gave us the tour and made us feel comfortable. I'd much rather stay at an 1800s home that has been refurbished than any chain hotel/motel any time. We will stay here again. It's a fun vintage, Victorian style house that's near great food and much more.
