The staff was very courteous, professional. The 4th floor was where I stayed and it is under renovations I realize that this is a 20+ year old building the bathroom was very cold the vent ran 24-7 it should have a switch to turn on & off, the sink wouldn't drain and then if wouldn't hold water, and the FREE BREAKFAST is all carbs how about some protein besides yogart., FORGOT TO RETURN HOTEL KEY PASS TO ROOM 436.

All staff encountered were very polite & gracious. Hotel is okay. Room & public areas very clean. However, needs to be refurbished. Carpets are threadbare or ripped. Cushioned chairs in room were stained. Outside lighting could use improvement and potholes in driveway need repair.
