「It was less than 50° outside, and the heat was not working in our unit. The maintenance person came and showed us how to use the remote and at that point I said that I think the upstairs unit is not working, which is what was keeping the heat from turning on however he assured me that it was working. 「We stayed here for one night to break up a long drive, and overall it was a decent experience. The property itself is beautiful, with lots of plants and gardens, and it looks like the host is continually improving and adding to the space. The room was clean and comfortable once we got settled. When we arrived, it appeared the room hadn’t been cleaned yet, but after reaching out to Steven, he responded immediately and had his housekeeper come take care of it right away. 「Great new place. Perfect location near our family. We loved the city view from our 7th floor windows and balcony. Near to restaurants and rather close to the train. We loved how extra quiet it was. It was rather pricey, rather small, but adequate and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped and everything was extra clean! FYI They are super strict on check in and check out.」
