「Towels provided are dirty. Water split out in shower tub n made the floor all wet. Noisy environment at night 」

「The check in process is super slow. I never got an email confirmation for my passcode and I took few hours to get to the right rooms. And no storage space for placing the luggages. Despite all the hustles- the space is exactly like the photos that they show, very clean and spacious. Location is great too.」

「Great location and lots of space, especially for NYC. The apartment had lots of light and easy access to lots of restaurants and the subway. We would definitely stay here again.」
