The room was absolutely wonderful. Huge room with tons of space for the price. Staff was equally exceptional. Our arrival was delayed due to weather a d the staff called several times to check on us. One Dutch Hotel is amazing and we will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed the stay! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. My one comment is that we were charged an additional cleaning fee and when we arrived in the room, there was an empty water bottle from a previous guest and the shower could have been cleaner. Mildew came off the shower door when water was running. Other than that, the stay was great. Would stay again!

Not very clean, very unfriendly front desk staff, zero amenities, and in an alley. To the positive, it’s got rooms with separate bedrooms… so there’s that. But wouldn’t stay here again unless I absolutely needed a 3 bedroom hotel room.

Great, safe and extremely clean .. Great location for all Manhattan… You can underground or taxi, both cheap.. we even walked from Central Park one night… plenty to do and see… 9/11 memorial is a must and 5 min walk..

Super Lage im Financial District, geräumiges 3 Zimmer Apartment, sauber, gut ausgestattet, freundliche Kommunikation, benötigte Artikel wie Badartikel, Handtücher, etc. konnten problemlos über die Rezeption erledigt werden, spätere Checkout um 1 Stunde war ebenfalls möglich. Es war insgesamt ein sehr positiver Aufenthalt, würden wir immer wieder als Unterkunft buchen.

The only complaint we have is the $300 cleaning fee when there is no daily service for towels/General cleaning and there is a list of things they expect you to do to clean when leaving. Other than that it was a great stay. Gym and rooftop are great amenities.

Perfekte Lage Aber bei der Dusche ist der Regler kaputt man konnte ihn rundherum drehen wo wir es meldeten war er sehr unfreundlich und tat so das wir es kaputt gemacht haben er Kamm 10 Minuten später schon mit einem Werkzeug und er hatte es in ein paar Sekunden geregelt also er wusste genau was er machen mußte es war nicht das erste Mal das der Regler kaputt war !!! Sonst war alles wunderbar

I stayed here in August 2025. While the location was convenient, I had a very negative experience regarding the deposit. The hotel deducted some money as a “cleaning fee,” even though this was never disclosed at booking or check-in. Moreover, no cleaning service was provided during my stay, which makes this charge unjustified. Transparency is critical, but this practice felt misleading. I want to share high praise for One Dutch Hotel. My friends and I wrapped up our stay over the weekend, and I literally cannot say enough about how wonderful our time was there. First of all, the room we reserved was perfect for our needs. It was large, very clean, and had enough space for us to sleep (two rooms and a sleeper sofa). The kitchen area was large and allowed us to sit and chat and not feel cramped, plus the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and cleaning supplies. Making us even more happy was the 1 1/2 bathrooms. No one had to wait to get ready, no stress, no worries! Also, if you like to work out, like my friends and I do, the gym in the basement is amazing with plenty of equipment for all of your interests. Want a relaxing space to enjoy the NY skyline? We loved the rooftop space at the hotel. It is worth the trip upstairs! Finally, and most important, I want to commend the One Dutch Hotel staff. Everyone there was very gracious and incredibly helpful. My friends and I felt so welcome. Every time we spoke to someone on the staff, we walked away with a smile. I have had a lot of different travel experiences and have stayed in many different hotels and short-term rentals. One Dutch Hotel is in my top five of places to stay because of the kindness of the staff and the quality of the space. You will not be disappointed if you make a reservation there!

This hotel had a good location. Close to the Fulton square subway station and many restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and modern. Dryer didn't work for us. It never dried the clothes. Beds were comfortable. There was some noise you could hear from construction on the road but I don't think they could control that. Staff was friendly and helpful. We could leave our luggage in the reception after our check out as our plane didn't leave until late at night. Rooftop was nice. Had take-out dinner there once.

There is no city view on this property. Great location! Use the subway as your transportation. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The rooms were clean (old) but clean and updated. The vents need attention. There is only 1 TV in the main room. All in all as a family of 5, in the Deluxe 2 Bedroom with bunkbed, we had a comfortable stay NY. Thank you!
