Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely. Only 2 things we disliked was the additional charge for cooked eggs at breakfast (considering the price of the hotel) and we had a problem with air conditioning in room. "This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Had a room in a new part of the hotel (260) .. very clean and spacious with a large and comfortable bed. Straightforward aircon/heat management, which warmed the room up well as needed. Excellent breakfast. Could not fault any member of staff ... service was excellent. "
