"Just a basic hotel. Nothing super nice besides the fact it’s out of Gatlinburg and easy to walk into town. Right on a busy road that’s very loud. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything car like your right on the road and hear your room neighbors tv at 2 in the morning. The parking is horrible and confusing and very dangerous to drive. Very little space to actually drive. Would recommend that the hotel do something about the thin walls, and horrible parking. Only has 1 elevator that is in its last legs. The whole hotel needs to be renovated."

"Exceptional service, perfect check in with Millie. Ambience & surrounding great. Easy access to the town shops and Restaurants. Their Cafe is ideal, "Joe's Merchant". Good breakfasts and drinks options, from Cafe, juices, Fraps, Ice coffees... Amenities are good and well maintained Room was great, clean perfect view! Very Happy Margaritaville Fans!!!"

"Mold in the shower, bed was awful, fridge dirty, area where elevator was smelled like dog pee… we ended up leaving"

"We enjoyed the brook behind the property, watching the bear, geese and squirrels on the property. It was nice having a wood burning fireplace and kitchenette in the room. The morning breakfast was exceptional! Thank you for offering an area of quiet and relaxation for our time in Gatlinburg."

"The place was clean and well maintained. We loved the indoor pool. Outdoor pool was not open yet for our trip, so we did not get to experience that portion of the property. Loved that there was a coffee shop and Cafe on-site. It was a little off the strip, but close enough that the walk wasn't bad and the free trolley service that toured the area was a great convenience since parking is limited and fee based."
