"Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...

"This Best Western is pretty decent. I had good interactions with the staff. The complimentary breakfast was nice. The breakfast room and lobby were kept very tidy. The bedclothes and towels were sufficiently clean. The only things I can say against this BW are that the air conditioner smelled strongly of past residents and the tobacco smoke from another room on my floor infiltrated my room to an uncomfortable degree."
