It was infront of timesquare. Rooms were okay. But the location was best to travel to all places. Breakfast was good. Safe place.

The property is in the perfect location to go see shows and eat as there are so many options available so close. I had difficulty with parking and that I was told there was parking on site, but apparently there is not and you had to use their valet service. They did offer early check-in and luggage storage, which was nice. The food in the breakfast buffet was lukewarm. The elevator situation was ridiculous and that coming down from the 16th floor, we must’ve stopped at least seven times and by the fourth time the elevator was completely full, but it continued to stop. The biggest complaint was we were there on a Sunday night and the TV service was not working so we missed our Sunday night football game.

This hotel is in a great location. Not in the center of Times Square but just a block or two away. It's at the center of several subway lines. The hotel itself has an amazing terrace bar. The staff was good (not great) and I would preferred to have my room cleaned each day (rather than every other day) but otherwise, the place was clean, stylish, affordable, and in a fantastic area.

Hotel was great. Nice breakfast and liked outdoor rooftop. Was pricey but nice treat for drinks after dinner. Only complaint was no regular TV to watch. Conveniently located

Really thought the price I paid was too good to be true, especially in Times Square but I am absolutely happy with this hotel. Everything from front desk service, the room, and location was absolutely perfect. I’m from Long Island and if I plan on staying in the city for more than one night I will definitely book here again!

Extremely cramped room, exacerbated by the presence of two queen beds. I was alone. The a/c was fine, the staff was always helpful. The included breakfast was ok, but you had to walk into the lobby to get coffee in a paper cup--no real cups anywhere. The wlll-mounted TV and art were in shadow boxes thet made the walk to the door or bathroom even tighter. I had many bruises on my shoulder from carelessly walking past.

The Hampton Inn New York was all that one could want on a girls' trip to NYC. The hotel was updated, modern and clean. Staff was beyond excellent. The guest rooms and adjoining bathrooms are very small, but that is to be expected in the city. The complimentary breakfast is really expansive, and there was ample seating for this service. This hotel is very convenient to Times Square, theaters, Radio City Music Hall, the subway, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Location was perfect! All staff were super ! Helping those over 80 asking subway ?’s they were wonderful to get us to the correct corners for goin uptown or down town👍 Best, fastest way to get around in NYC to avoid street closures for VIPs getting to UN mtgs. Good breakfast daily variety including fresh fruit options! We hope to return!
