Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. AC worked really well. Toiletries and amenities aren't the fanciest; plan to bring your own. TV didn't work but I had read other reviews and brought my own Firestick and that worked just fine for me on their WiFi. Location is great - within blocks of anything you need or where you want to go.

Honestly, I would like very much to like this property but they really need to infuse more capital investment to improve the property. Those large rooms needs the necessary renovations. Awesome location, big rooms, some staff are nice and cordial not all, i gave this one os many chances but it boils down to having fresh investments to make this property remotely acceptable.

Hotel was clean and cozy. My family of four were comfortable a little small but understandable considering we were in New York. Only dislike was they never went by to freshen up the room to throw trash or bring fresh towels. Other than that all good. Would stay again.

The staff was great and helpful. Thank you! The rooms were ok. Kinda dingy, not particularly dirty, but not super clean either. We had a mini fridge, but no microwave or coffee maker. We enjoyed the courtyard spaces and the open hallway layout.

If you are looking for a hotel that isn't fancy but is well-located—putting you just a 13-minute walk from the Vessel or Times Square—then this is the place for you. Just keep in mind that the Wi-Fi signal doesn't reach every room; if you’re as "lucky" as I was, you won’t have a connection on your phone or computer, and you certainly won't be able to watch TV in your room. The front desk won't tell you this upfront, though; they might claim the internet is down for the day or promise to send maintenance—only for no one to show up. Or, if you’re truly lucky like me, you might finally—after asking about the TV signal for three days—run into a helpful clerk who asks for your room number and then reveals the truth: that the room has absolutely no Wi-Fi access. Also, if you get a room facing the street, street noise might wake you up.

This hotel is good but has so much potential to be great. The staff are all so nice and helpful when they can be. The reviews about the lack of television is true. Unless you travel with a FireStick, you will be out of luck with tv in the room. One of the lights in my room didn’t work(I did inform the front desk but decided it wasn’t a big deal(for me)). The toiletries could be better and having the ability to have ice in your room would be great( they gave me a bag of ice & not like from the store; not very convenient). But with all of this, i honestly will prolly stay here again. It’s not far from train/subway and very close to plenty of places to eat and/or hang out.

The staff were very friendly. Our room was not cleaned properly and the bedding was missing sheets and just didn’t seem all put together. Definitely has the bare minimum for a hotel room if that works for you, the location was great.
