「Un lugar muy bueno si quieres descansar y relajarte. Alejado del bullicio y tráfico, me gustó mucho」

「Great hotel. Service and food are outstanding. My only complaint might be that my booked "junior suite with ocean view" technically had ocean view if you count a tiny sliver of blue on the horizon. Apart from that the place is insanely comfortable clean and well organized and that in a huge jungle area. It's also very professionally las Vegas style American which may be a pro or con depending on what you looking for. So all in all amazing hotel. Just don't sell somethibg as ocean view if you...

「Great stay and great hotel staff.」

「This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,...

「非常理想的度假别墅」

「Loved this sweet spot on the beach. It was a lovely room, effortless non-contact coming and going.」

「Very good guys」

「Love this private place. Beach was gorgeous and clean. Rooms were comfy, modern and comfortable. Bedding was ultra luxurious. 」

「We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! We would recommend a rental car if you are wanting to leave the resort. This is not in the busy resort area, it's a little bit outside of Tulum. We really liked not being in the busy area. This resort was also the best value that we saw for all-inclusive. One thing to note is this resort is part of Framissima, which is a French travel company. We were not aware and were surprised that nearly all the guests were French. We also kinda liked that we...

「Akumal Natura was fine, but not great. Our min issue was mosquitos -- there are plenty of them, which didn't allow us to enjoy the outdoors that much. The rooms were okay but slightly dirty from the natural rooftop (straw and clay mix, I guess), some tree discard would go through. As for the cenotes, the deeper one was great - really pristine and peaceful; the shallow one was not very appealing due to sand and mud. The food was good but limited in options. The staff was very friendly, answered...

「Super Buen hotel muy buena la estadia . Personal muy amable ,volvere de Seguro」

「The concierge Erick for the villas 58-59 was the absolute best. He handled all our reservations was extremely flexible in changing plans for us if needed. He took initiative and really allowed us to just relax. Also made sure we come back to a nice treat after every excursion. We had a few issues with service as to be expected through our trip. He went out of his way to make sure the issues were fixed and would not happen again and we didn’t even have to tell him. He was just checking on things...
