"This is an amazing place to stay. I would stay again for sure. Very nice beach and you can take the electric car to go to the ruins. The only thing to keep in mind is that getting in and out of the hotel requires ordering a taxi from the hotel since they don't let anyone in and out of the park where the hotel is located. Best to have access to a car as there isn't much to do here besides enjoy the beautiful views and take in the beach air. "

"Our stay at TRS Yucatan was truly above and beyond. Antonio and Miguel, our personal butlers, made the experience exceptional by coordinating transportation, activities, and reservations throughout our stay. I can’t imagine an all-inclusive without a personal butler now, and it’s why we’ll be choosing TRS resorts going forward. The rooms were spotless and serviced multiple times a day. The food was outstanding at every TRS restaurant, and there was so much to do that we never felt the need to leave the resort. Every staff interaction was warm and welcoming—we honestly felt like celebrities. The spa was incredible and worth every penny. We planned one visit and ended up booking a second. Drinks were well crafted and served in glassware, which we appreciated. The CHIC show exceeded expectations with a unique seven-course meal and amazing performers. We can’t wait to return!"
