「The property is nice, the staff is super friendly, and its close to xcaret! The only thing that I would point out is that the pillows could be better, and the shower. The water flow shuts off after some time and it makes you have to turn back the knobs and turn it back on. Other than that, this hotel is okay. 」

「El Dorado Maroma is one of if not the best all inclusive resorts I have been ever been to. The food was exceptional; the grounds and facilities were impeccable and all the staff was fantastic. My husband and I were also impressed by the quality of the musicians and entertainers that performed at the resort. The mexican party on the beach was really special and the mariachi band was outstanding. The included catamaran tour with snokeling on the nearby reef where we got to see an impressive amount...

「We love this property. Close to everything downtown and very easy to get a taxi anywhere you want to go. Breakfast in the morning is amazing! Rooms are very spacious. Love the pool overlooking the water. Our only complaint is don’t get a room overlooking breakfast area if you don’t like noise. Walls are thin and the blanking of the dishes is a bit much. But the hotel was so nice to change rooms for us. All in all a wonderful place to stay. 」

「Smooth arrival and check in. The room was cleaned “okay” upon our arrival to the room, although few garbage pieces were still present from previous occupants. Not a big deal but still 😐 The room cleaning is inconsistent, one day cleaned, next no, same with nightly turn down service, it was done not on every night. Concierge service in What’s app is not good and the only thing that made us unhappy. We were let down on dinner reservations many times with empty promises and no follow ups....

「This is a small well run beach hotel - we stayed in a bungalow right on the beach it was cosy clean and generally fab. Half board - the food was very good like being in a restaurant with no corners cut. The staff were always cheerful abd helpfull We would happily stay here again and recommend it」

「The first thing you will notice is the awful smell, the beach has so much seaweed it smells of fish. The beach is small and filled with seaweed, so not pleasant at all. It's a busy beach, with lots of local people. Thankfully there is a decent amount of seating on the resort side of the rope. The food was good, I appreciate the decent selection of veg/vegan options, but options are limited, there is only one buffer and one restaurant. 「Very nice rooms and well located. Areas of improvement could be 1) better tv channels, no us channels, very little in English -add Fox News. 2) bathroom has no door, more privacy exiting shower, 3) ice machines and laundry 4) beds are shorter than us standard 5) adding microwave would be nice 」
