「On the first day we had an issue with our rooms air conditioning and only luke warm water for the shower. It took a little bit to convince them to change our room. But once we got into our new room which was even better cause of the location it was in we were fine. The food was good. One main restaurant with a buffet had a different theme every night. For me i prefer at least one restaurant have a variety of food every night. I would go there again.」

「This is a great resort! The restaurants are amazing. You can walk right off property to the beach and downtown. Take the ferry to Cozumel and use the resort there. The snorkeling at the Cozumel Palace is great. We brought our kids and they loved it.」

「Everything was perfect from check in where we were greeted by guest experience team Melisa,Mar,Majo and Zyanya- they helped us get an oceanfront room upgrade and proceeded to help us with dinner reservations. The property is spectacular, the room was clean and comfortable, the pools were just perfect and the food was exceptional. I would highly recommend this property and we will be back!」

「The room was clean, everything in the condo was in good condition. All the kitchen accessories were provided to make lunch. Poor insulation between the condos, you can hear your neighbors. Some condos allow dogs so we heard a dog barking every morning and every night because he was left alone. The pool was amazing and the spa too. The condo is super close to the main beach.
