「Very bad, old and dirty!!! This hotel is totally ruined my holiday. When I first arrived, I hope I can do a fast check in and order some food at the room because it is late. But the food is really disgusting. Also, the room cleaning service is awful and slow. I called front desk I need a room cleaning service, meanwhile I can get some food at the hotel. 「O hotel é lindo e extremamente limpo, ambientes excelentes , restaurantes impecáveis, só tive um problema com minha conta pois cobraram duas vezes e agora estou tendo que entrar em contato com o hotel para estornar os valores cobrados a mais. Não sei porque essa prática de passar o cartão mais vezes do que necessário. 」

「The room is clean and good ventilation, but without toothpaste and toothbrush. There are many choice on TV channel and also can connect to Netflix and Youtube, however, the WiFi connection in room is poor.」

「When I reserved my room, it said it would fit four people as so I imagine both beds we’re going to be queen, but they were like a big twin size bed. I don’t think even a full-size bed we had to order an extra bed for one of my daughters to sleep on because the four of us would not fit in the bed and we’re thin people. I think it’s badly advertised. 」

「The ANDAZ is perfectly located. Amenities all around. The hotel is luxurious yet family friendly. The lunch we had at the bar around the pool was incredible. Beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Service was amazing . I highly recommend the ANDAZ. 」
