The only reason I booked the Sonesta Miami airport hotel was because of their 24/7 shuttle services. My best friend and I are picked up by the shuttle at the airport and tell the gentleman driving the shuttle that we are aware that the shuttle is 24/7, but we want to make sure it will be available at 2am so we can get to the airport for a 4:30am flight. He verbalized with 100% assurance that the shuttle picks up and drops off every 20 minutes. He even gave the example “it will be here at 1:00 am, 1:20am, 1:40 am, 2:00 am, 2:20 am, 2:40 am, etc… Well, we are checking out right before 2am and we ask the female staff at the desk Jazmin Chevere when the shuttle will be arriving. She said (with attitude) “there isn’t a shuttle coming right now, it’s 2am!!” I explained that a few hours prior the gentleman who drove the shuttle informed us that it was indeed a 24/7 hour shuttle service and the shuttle would be here at the hotel available for us for pickup at 2am. Jazmin Chevere said “you know, they need to have their break too!” I was just blown away by her response. I again told her about the gentleman who drove us in the shuttle a few hours prior and him reassuring us that it will not be a problem getting to the airport at 2am and Jazmin said “we have a lot of new people.” What kind of response was that?! I’m totally not going back and want to make sure that everyone is aware that their shuttle service does NOT run 24/7 and their website is giving false information.

When we check in and blithe package nobody tells you anything about the cleaning service is only once every 3 days !!!!! This is a scam because I stay in this property before three times and never was like this !!! I called The main Reservation number for Sonesta my self because the manager at the property was lying to me !!! And I called making a new reservation to see what they say and I asked especially about daily cleaning service, and they ensured me that was done daily!!!! They should fire the manager!!!

Clean Room, Easy check-in process, Great tv. Comfortable bed, quiet. Couple of things to be aware of. Breakfast on site is $42 a person! Pre-paying may be cheaper. All bar & food services have automatic 18% charges added. Room lighting is nice, but swiching can be confusing. There is a light that outlines the TV, and the shut on/off is in a black rectangle in the bench fixture below theTV.

It is an airport hotel and airplane noise is to be expected. In this case the landing airplanes are going right over the hotel. At night the noise quiets down, unless you get a room next to the elevators, like I did. I was too lazy to change it after I unpacked and start hearing the noise. I found long hairs on my bathroom floor, which makes me question the cleanliness of the rest of items. It was a decent hotel for the money, but not sure why it was rated 4 stars.

Airport shuttle was quick. Hotel recently remodeled. Lobby lovely. Room was clean and updated. Pool view room was a view of a wall. Room 246. Should not be booking that room. Pool is under construction. Coffee maker did not work. Water pressure was very minimal. Would not stay here again especially for the price. Would not recommend. The girl at the front desk did get us a complimentary coffee after I informed her that our coffee pot was not working.

The hotel was acceptable for a one-night stay. However, when I arrived in my room and checked the refrigerator looking for a bottle of water, I found a plate of old frozen food left inside. Everything is fine with the hotel. The only downside is that the listing says the year is unavailable, and it's unclear whether it's covered or not. The notification should state whether it's included or not, or at least include the rate, since many guests want this as a convenience and avoid confusion. Paying $27 for eggs and bacon seems ridiculous to me.
