"To start this hotel is extraordinary, the location is key if you want to explore Chicago. There is a Starbucks conveniently located outside and the grocery store across the street as well as multiple restaurants down the block. I would definitely rebook and consider this hotel as my first pick any other trip to Chicago. Personally I love pool activities and it seems dislocation many of the guests go out and so the pool is pretty private if you say so."

"The check-in process was easy, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than I thought it would be but was very clean and organized, it was a wonderful stay. Would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family traveling to Chicago. "
