"Everything was as it should be during our stay. The room and the bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, there was one significant issue: the toilet was positioned very low to the ground. It was quite uncomfortable and difficult to use, especially in the mornings, because it felt way too close to the floor. Other than this specific plumbing/design issue, the hotel was fine"

"Intercontinental is the only place to stay on Michigan Avenue. It is a gorgeous, fabulous, iconic hotel and we love staying there. The buffet breakfast was also outstanding. "

"Really enjoyed our quick stay at Viceroy. The location is great, hotel was very clean, comfortable and QUIET. I loved that I couldn't hear anything outside of our room. The smell they're piping into the lobby isn't my favorite and was kind of off-putting, but it didn't carry onto the other floors or rooms. I would definitely stay again. "
