"We had reserved two nights on a row during the storm period. We missed one night due to unable to return from VN. However, the hotel was kind enough to upgrade our room and to provide free breakfast. The attitude of the staff was so friendly and politely to explain everything and to offer the above."

"Came for our honeymoon, had a great experience. Staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is awesome. Only thing was our room had the ants (which are common in Singapore due to heat) on the bed head board and switches. The hotel quickly sprayed it and treated it tho once we let them know. Didn’t see any ants after that! "

Very reasonably priced by Hong Kong standards , perfect location with great access to MTR , Kowloon , and Central Hong Kong island (via Star ferry, 2 minutes walk away ) Rooms to a good standard , comfy bed , toiletries , fluffy towels ( great after a long haul flight ) All staff efficient and helpful . I would highly recommend and will definitely use again when I return "
