「I highly recommend Caelum Black Gangnam, it was such an easy location between two subway stations, eateries and coffee shops close by but most of all, the communication and hospitality of the management team was exceptional. There was a little mishap with parking, but Seri, the property manager went above and beyond to make things right. Also overall communication with any questions and requests were prompt. I will definitely return to Korea and Caelum Black for sure!」

「There is a big sign outside that says ‘Grand Opening’. Not a chance, way too many things look worn and poorly maintained inside the room. It was also clear that the housekeeping crew was doing the bare minimum. Twice they left behind dirty towels (ones they had used, not mine) and my sheets were not changed once in the entire 6 night stay (no signage indicating they have eco-friendly policies).
