「숙박요금은 근처의 5성급과 비슷하나 서비스는 최악입니다( 리셉션직원의 무표정표정과 강압적인말투와 방열쇠도 2명이 와도 1개만 줌) 이렇게 시설을 갖추고 이정도의 서비스밖에 못한다는게 안타까울정도 예요 좋은시설전에 친절한 서비스가 있어야 합니다 」

「The overall rating of this hotel is excellent, the hotel is comfortable, location is good as it close to museums and site seeing place, restaurants nearby are good also, it takes 15 mins walk to find good foods Transportation is good also, buses stop at hotel no matter they are from airport or city. However, front desk are not speaking fluent English which need to be improved. Another improvement is, please allow guests to control the air conditioner temperature.」

「已經跟旅行團去過很多次龍平，今次第一次自由行來龍平，每次目標也是滑雪，基本上龍平每一款房型都有試過，這座Tower 位置最方便，ski in ski out, 小型超市就在樓下, 食肆也多，最喜歡這種房型是地熱食，房內有迷你廚房，可作簡單煮食，用具齊全，也有小露台方便有抽煙的同伴，下次會再來」
