"The addresses on both expedia and website were wrong by 3 blocks. When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. On the bright side, there were complimentary condoms in the room, coupled with a sign posted on the window...

The location is excellent—right near Busan Station, making trains and buses easily accessible. It’s also close to many tourist attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. The staff were wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and spoke English, which made communication smooth. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Busan!"
