"Highly recommend this hotel! It was lunar New Year, and the hotel owner worked the lobby and parking garage so he can give his staff the holiday off. He was very accommodating and helped us do an early check in. The rooms are gorgeous and sparkling clean with a deep soaking tub perfect for relaxation! It is walking distance from Jagalchi, BIFF, Gukje/Bupyeong market, and the Fashion district. Thank you for our amazing stay! I will definitely stay here again."

"Hotel is ok for its price range. Good breakfast selections. Room quite tight. Bathroom is like one you'll find in a cruise ship. Really tiny. Front desk staff is awful. We're in our 70s. I asked if we could have extra pillows because we have a bit of discomfort when the pillows are not sufficiently elevated. The young lady at the front desk was hesitant. There is a young man, who was obviously more senior, was instructing her how to respond instead of just replying directly to me. She said the hotel only allowed one extra pillow per room. This is the first hotel that we have visited that declined this type of request. "
