"This is a 3-star hotel. Definitely not 4-star by a very long shot.
Check-in was chaotic and unprofessional; I booked two rooms, but during check-in I had to deal with two separate individuals, working on two tiny screens to fill in all info myself. One of the screens was malfunctioning. The check-in area itself is noisy and very busy and doesn’t allow for any privacy.
The breakfast is mainly Korean cuisine. The “western” offerings are awful: disgusting “cheese” offerings, yogurt is a weird undefined sauce, “croissants” are a curious Koran concoction, and of course no honey being offered. The coffee from the machine is okay.
My suggestion: skip the hotel “breakfast” and instead take the elevator to the first floor and buy some croissants at the bakery which doesn’t belong to the hotel.
Overall a 2- to 3-star experience, considering this is a 3-star hotel.
