"We had a great stay at Brown Suites! The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed — washer, dryer, LG Styler, full kitchen, and even a massage chair. It made our family feel right at home. The location was super convenient, with plenty of eateries, supermarkets, and easy access to train and metro stations. But during our last 2 days, there was a slight odour in the corridor, we guess possibly from neighbouring units or leftover food waste from the rubbish chute, but it didn’t...

They couldn’t contact me on the check in day because I have out of country phone. I called them with friend’s phone to request send me check in info via email. Even that wasn’t an inconvenience but would have more easier. "

"We enjoyed the stay at Busan Paradise Hotel. We took advantage of the kids zone as we had two young kids. Also, the pool and the spa were a great addition and attractions to this resort. However, cleanliness of the spa can be improved. Multiple members of my family got rashes after using the spa. The location was terrific, and we appreciated the hospitality of the staff. "

"We had a family room with a view of the sea. The location is great, and breakfast was provided—a simple yet satisfying Korean buffet. There are washing machines and dryers available at a very reasonable price, and single-use detergent can also be purchased on-site. It's about a 10–15 minute walk to Haeundae Station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and fuss-free hotel. "
