Had the best stay at Brown Suites. Affordable modern luxury! Views and amenities top notch. Instructions were very clear on how to get to the building. Staff is responsive esp if you need help with anything in the room. Walking distance to Busan station. 20/10 recommend.

Best stay ever!

It's truly a home away from home! The location was easy to find, and lots of food options in and near Busan Station. The Ocean view was beautiful and the suite was extremely clean, with very comfortable beds. Checking in (and out) was easy and the staffs responds very quickly to requests. Would totally visit again when we're back in Busan!

The unit itself is PERFECT for families. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and a high end washer/dryer. The only drawback is the check-in process was very confusing as it requires you finding the right entrance (there are many) and it is far from everything. Although Busan station is a major station, it takes about a 15-20 min walk to get there even though it is connected.

Absolutely beautiful room once I was able to finally figure out where to go and how to enter the building. Offered luggage storage, but when departing for a day long tour at 7:30 in the morning, the office was not open and no one seemed to be able to help me, so I had to spend extra time and money finding lockets for my luggage at the nearby train station. Was almost late for my tour.

I had informed them the day before that we would check in at night. When I checked in, I had difficulties but no one was there to ask. The building was too big and the layout was unclear. We were tired and sleepy, so we ran around and searched for 30 minutes. We were very unhappy.

Conveniently located next to Busan Station which provides connectivity to easy transportation to tourist areas. Lots of food options. The room itself is gorgeous, clean and inviting. Tons of storage space and a fully equipped high end kitchen. In suite laundry was smartly tucked away in the pantry. The massage chair and clothes steamer was a nice bonus to have!

Absolutely one of the most confusing places to access. Thankfully, one of the security officers told us the correct tower and elevator to use to reach the room after we roamed around for 20 minutes. You need a code to get to the elevators, a code to use the elevators, and a code to enter the room. The room is controlled by a touch screen which is in Korean and must be translated for non-Korean speakers. It took a while to figure out climate control and lighting control. The toilet also has a control panel in Korean. However, despite all of the confusion, the room is great. Awesome views, very clean, and the staff was responsive anytime we needed something. The luggage storage was a nice perk too.

Its important to recognize that this is a residential hotel, meaning it is an apartment you're staying in, so it will not have all the amenities of a standard hotel, but with that in mind I had a great stay. The communication beforehand was great, the apartment was clean and huge, and the view was beautiful. Not much more I could have asked for.

좋은 전망, 다만 레지던스

좋은 뷰, 레지던스 측의 빠른 응대는 좋았습니다. 다만 룸키핑은 4박에 한번, 타올 교체 등은 요청해야 하며 생수도 처음 하루만 제공된다든지 하는 레지던스 특유의 정책이 있는 점은 참조하기시 바랍니다. 그리고 본 건물인 협성마리나 G7의 부대 시설 등의 공사가 완료되지 않은 부분이 없이 조금은 번잡한 느낌도 있습니다.
