Room was clean. Appreciated the appliances provided and the small kitchen area! Perfect for us, especially with a baby. We were able to heat and make food when needed and the washer/dryer helped us out greatly.

The studio flat seemed brand new and all worked perfectly as hoped. Very compact space but it was extremely convenient for the beach, the metro system and also the intercity bus station. Obviously, having a washer dryer is a big bonus on a long trip but generally speaking some towel hanging places would be helpful! Recommended.

The room location is excellent, close to both the beach and the main district. However, the service system primarily uses Korean. While it can be switched to English display, it may not be fully comprehensive. Notably, the service contact app is exclusively in Korean, making phone or email more convenient for English communication. Service requests are responded to promptly. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Haeundae.

The room was convenient and we loved that there was a laundry combo wash/dry.
They were thoughtful in the items for use wine glasses coffee mugs (things you don’t think about).
I don’t recall reading about not having housekeeping but it all worked out and we enjoyed our stay.
We will tell friends and recommend them to this wonderful urban stay.

This place was good for location, price and convenience however was unaware that there is no front desk for check in.
The hotel advised they’d given the info via the app. Expedia should do more to alert travellers of this when booking and reminding ahead on where to find the information.
The room was “smart” focused; and difficult to navigate how to turn on lights, PowerPoints at the bedhead etc. once we figured it out it worked. Could be more signage from hotel on how to use

Overall it was good. It was spacious and cool, but it was a bit disappointing that the bathroom smelled. And (due to Korean culture) I didn't know that I had to recycle, food waste(?), which was very inconvenient. Since it's a hotel, I think this part should definitely be mentioned. Overall, the staff was good, and the location was very good.

Place was fully furnished and appears to be newly built. It's also a smart home so need to be a bit tech savvy to operate the lights, wall sockets and appliances (english labels would be a big help here). Walking distance to restaurant strips, convenience stores and the beach. Overall a wonderful stay.

My original accommodations cancelled on me a week before my trip, fortunately Paragraf was still open for a group of 6. We were blown away with the space, instructions to store our luggage and before self check in were all very clear and easy. Plenty of elevators to service the building which seems pretty new and fairly unoccupied by residents. A restaurant is being built in the lobby and a GS25 just around the corner from the elevator. Lots of good eats in the immediate area, but also an easy walking distance to the traditional market, the beach, and 10-15min walk to The Sky x Busan and 20-25min to beautiful Sky Capsule and Beach trains which I highly recommend when the weather's nice and recommend going early as I arrive around 9:30/10 am but the earliest reservations for 6 people were closer to 11:30am so we went to eat some salt bread and came back. Last time I came to Busan, I stayed closer to KTX station which was nice and made it easy to grab a train to Seoul, but I really enjoyed the Haeundae area. I would come back and recommend this hotel to friends and family, just be warned that toilet paper is not allowed to be flushed in the toilet in many parts of Korea despite how modern this building is. There is a bidet to use, it was lovely. Keypad entry made it so convenient to go in and out. Any additional services will be charged and there's a QR code to request extra towels and stuff, so don't expect house keeping to clean up after you.

Not as advertised
The appartment itself was clean and nicely decorated, but the service and comfort is nothing like adverised.
First of all, after booking you receive an email with the information that check-in details will be distributed 48h upftont. I did not receive anything, so 24upfront I contacted the property. The chat option is a bot and omly speaks Korean. Via de homewebsite you can reach a human, that translates to English. Their policy is to email the details at 11am on the day of your stay? Why send me an email with 48h…
When I arrived in the room I found a big screen on the wall that controlls everything. It cant switch to english, and you need it to switch of the heating device. Great!
The next day I wanted to enjoy the pool and gym, like they advertised in their pictures. Turns out you have to pay additional (almost the price of the room itself) per day to use both. They say it is mentioned in the small remarks, and that it is ownef by an other company. But seriously: they use the pictures as it is their own property.
On top of that there is no reception, no housekeeping and an extra towel is very difficult to get. Even if you reach a human on the Korean chatfunction (which also starts with a non-english chatbot).
This ‘hotel’ was more expensive then hotels with same rarting and quality in the same neighbourhood. I paid extra for this ‘hotel’ due to looks of the room, the pool an gym. What you get is an ok room, difficult communication and not the extra comfort you pay for.
Property manager communications all in Korean, but that's okay. Sauna and fitness center is an additional cost per person if you want to use it. Fairly expensive ( would have cost close to a $100 for a family of four)

Garbage
Extremely rude staff, we booked on hotels.com and the pool and sauna were included, then they said they were not. Also, at the pool there was a sign saying children below 36 months could swim, my son was allowed at first, then they changed their mind asking us to leave the pool. The staff was very rude and confusing, would not explain the issue while demanding all the info on our booking from us.
The room was ok but it's unacceptable not to have it cleaned for a six days stay. Not even the garbage!!! We had to live in the garbage for six days. They only communicate via email and their replies are pretty useless.
