We got upgraded to a bigger room, well maintained, cleaned, with basic amenities as tea, coffee, bottled water etc. The room was a tad warm for us being Canadian with no airconditioning tho at the height of winter in January. Other than that, the location was excellent with only 4 mins away from Haeundae Beach!

Really great overall. Staff are polite and friendly. Room is spacious, shower has hot water, room has a heater that you can toggle on/off or set to your desired temperature, and the location is near the main Haeundae area (short 5-10min walk).
