「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「The property was beautiful. Felt very very safe. I was traveling with two of my friends and we loved our suit. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had our own washer and dryer, the air conditioning was super cool which was awesome because the weather was very hot. Our room was gorgeous. I will definitely be staying here again」

「Perfect if all you need is a bed, fridge, AC, and bathroom. Very good for my friend and I’s 4 night stay.」

「Apparently there’s a power issue in the second and third floor, which is where we stayed and no one told us anything about it. We lost power multiple times in our floor and no one came to say anything or no attempt to reach out to us was made. By the time we left we couldn’t speak to a manager cuz no one was available.」

「Arrived after hours due to delay in flight but had been assured that was not a problem. Waited an hour on the street in the wee morning hours to be let into the hotel. Once in, they couldn't run my card in this building but was going to run it at another location. Then apparently, they dont take Amex even though we were not told and when they tried to run the card later, it wouldnt go through. Understandably, they need paid for us staying. I get it. But it was 6:30am before we got to our room....
