"Great stay overall! The room was terrific snd VERY comfortable. Some things were made clear & others not upon check-in ( when was checkout? was breakfast included & where? someone who worked sevurity told us when/where, but we didn't realize until we finished eating that it would cost $75, we checked in 3pm & out around 10am but were charged $53:2x for parking? ) Honestly, it was a great stay & we'd probably stay there again, but just FYI on all these things!!! "

Fridge was hot and did not work. Went to front desk but it still wasn’t fixed two days later when we left. Rain shower leaked and fell in globs, not the way it’s supposed to so we couldn’t use it (reverting to the hand held spray). Those two things would not keep us from coming back and I don’t...

"If you want to stay in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Boston than look no further! An absolutely perfect location if you're exploring Back Bay or the South End. One block from The Pru and smack dab between two T stations. "
