「Parking was 20 feet fr9m the front door. Of course, it was November! The hotel staff is wonderful. Two staffers sat on the lobby couch in the morning and provided local knowledge and tips on getting into Boston without using my car. The restaurant food is top notch. Seems like the whole town comes to dinner each night. 」

「Our valeted car was scratched when it was returned, but the valet manager didn’t want to admit it, and the hotel manager never showed up and never responded the email. No one cares in the hotel unless charging USD55 valet fee.」

「Details on available parking and parking fees could be clearer. Specifically, the church street lot has parking available through the phine app. However, if you arrive during later hours (9 p.m. - 8 a.m.) the app notes that it is " unavailable". I was able to park in the parking garage, but whould have preferred the lot. 」
