"The beds were so comfortable clean and the room always had a fresh scent. I’m picky about hotel shampoos and these smelled really good, the staff was always on top of assisting without being asked. There is a lot of close nice restaurants, there’s a beautiful amazing authentic french bakery right down the walkway less than two minutes away. The other dining options were only about 5-15 minute walk as well as Chinatown, and Little Tokyo. Location of this hotel is perfect for everything."

"The room floor needed to be swept and mopped.The bed was uncomfortable the room I had the mattress was sunk in and the bed was very uncomfortable.I had problems logging into Nexflix App."
