"Great stay. Staff was attentive, amenities were great. Only cons were no hot water in the kitchen sink and I don’t think the showers were cleaned during my 4 night stay. Was a great location with a lot of coffee shops and quick food/metro access."

"We were expecting this to be a hotel. It turned out to be an unmarked apartment building. When we arrived we were unable to get into the entrance door as the code we had did not work and there was no one to help. After a lot of searching we finally found support online, left messages at an unattended mailbox and sat for 2 hours in front of the building after having been on the road for 6+ hours. We finally were able to get someone to chat with us online and give us a code to enter.
