「Nice, clean, quiet room. Room had nowhere to hang clothing and had no amenities like a coffee maker -- there is a Yum Yum Donuts just down the block though. Price was reasonable and property was clean and quiet. Great for a single traveler.」

「No service except one room. There is no drinking water in the room, no hair dryer, and the air conditioner is very loud. There is no official reception in the hotel, only a small window like a prison visitation for you to check in and check out. It feels very unsafe. When I went to a nearby restaurant to order food, the boss told me to be careful when I went out, it was not safe here. I will never go there again.」

「Room smelled like urine. Shower pressure very low.」

「Great location nearby Universal Studio! Small and clean property have 2 side number with 11117 and 11119, new decorations. Very nice staff, help to keep key after late back from studio night event, only can’t early check in, room inside looking is same as Hotel.com profile, Thx」

「Hotel was a great experience we stayed in the honeymoon suit and the amenities of having a jacuzzi was a 10/10 my wife loved it. The staff was helpful and were very accommodating to our requests. Will stay here again.」

「Unfortunately was really bad we found like 10 bed bugs and we just left really bad experience」
