I initially considered giving the hotel a five-star rating due to the exceptional assistance provided by the front desk staff, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, my overall experience was impacted by significant delays in room service, making it extremely difficult to have our rooms attended to in a timely manner. Additionally, the process for refunding the deposit took over a week, which added to the inconvenience. As a result, I had to give the hotel a two-star rating.
