"Far exceeded our expectations in every way"

"The views from our room were excellent. You could see the iconic Hollywood sign and the Griffith park observatory. The gym had more than enough equipment to get a good workout. Finally the pool area was a very pleasant surprise with it’s outdoor garden vibe."

"The breakfast staff (e.g., Fernando) is great. The valet parking has only 2 charging stations, so charging is not guaranteed, but the staff did help charge my car. I think in general the hotel is pretty good but the hotel's management is only limited. E.g., in the restroom in the lobby, the hand soap bottle is right above towels which doesn't sound the right set up (it's very easy to make the towel dirty) and there should be more than 2 places for charging. "

"Well to start off, there was no mention of construction going on to the hotel. They were working well into the late afternoon till around 6 or so. The restaurant was under construction as well and they moved the dinning area to conference room that happen to have a balcony. It was kinda awkward and no one didnt really know what to do when you get in. The food was good though. The cocktails were just ok. We tool the kids to the pool in the afternoon. We had it to ourselves for a brief moment until a group of people , 3 guys and 2 girls, came in and started blasting there music. 1 guy was saying he didnt care about playing the music loud and yelled out, "I own this F...ing motel!" Im pretty sure he didnt lol. All the pool noodles they had available looked like someone took a bite out of them and spit the pieces into the pool. There was chunks of pool noodle floating all over the pool. The little beach sitting area was nice. That was well taking care of and had a nice view of the water. The rooms were nice and had a great view if you get the balcony rooms. The ice machines and vending machine had locked cage doors on them and i wasnt sure if i need to prop the door so i could get out or close it and be locked in lol. The pictures from what i seen on the Expedia profile wasnt exactly the same when i got there. "
