We enjoyed our stay, it was really pleasant however the parking was expensive
Greeted well by valet services Check in counter greeted rudely
Was close to event we were going to, but was in middle of neighborhood going thru a lot of rehab.
Convenient location near LAX. Good restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable. Common areas (particularly hallways and elevators) weren’t clean.
Lots of marginal activity there Room was clean... One thing tthat was a real pain was hoisekeeping knocking on the door in the morning which.was real annoying Parking rate of40 I qalked a block becaause it made sence
Although the hotel is currently being renovated, our room was very quiet. The staff is really nice, the property is clean, and we loved our room. My only suggestion would be to increase security i.e. elevator access.
