"The person who checked us in, don't remember his name but he was above and beyond helpful made it a great experience and he has a good memory. The woman we checked out with was also very good. Love the game area of the fourth floor. "

Negative was the price for parking in the hotel. Parking was $80.00. I parked overnight around the corner for $30.00.
