"I stayed at this property for one night on March 12, 2026. Front door was locked by the time i arrived at 7PM until rang bell for service. Check in was quick as car, make, model & license number were done ahead of time. Since i booked the reservation through Expedia, a third party, there were no King rooms available, so i was bumped to a Queen room instead. Not an issue. The parking lot is tight & there is more parking available behind hotel but it looked sketchy. No problems with the room but noticed the door to the bathroom got a little stuck when opening or shutting it. The television receives a lot of channels through Spectrum. That was a pleasant surprise as another hotel i stayed at a week prior only offered 10 channels through DirecTV. The beds are comfortable but shower gets too hot or cold quickly so trying to get a perfect temperature might be challenging. The microwave & mini fridge were great adminities, while room was quiet but air conditioner is loud. A Target is within walking distance of property. Later that night while staying in room 208, i noticed room 210 with window curtains open & front door slightly open with a bunch of what appears to be big cameras on the bed; It was distracting. Made me feel uncomfortable. Undercover cops perhaps. Later that night, Burbank PD pulled up by the back parking lot because it looked as though the chiropractor building was being broken into. I'm glad i found parking space in front for safety reasons. Overall i would return."

"I am writing to formally express my serious dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at your hotel. The condition of the room was extremely unacceptable. There were mosquitoes everywhere in the room, and I was constantly bitten while trying to sleep. The situation in the bathroom was even worse, with a large number of mosquitoes flying around. Because of this, it was almost impossible for us to take a shower, brush our teeth, or wash our faces comfortably. The level of hygiene and cleanliness was far below what any guest should reasonably expect from a hotel. In addition, we were unexpectedly charged extra fees for parking, we weren’t parking our car, at the time of booking or check-in. This was very frustrating and felt unfair. Furthermore, the staff member who assisted us during check-in had a very rude and unfriendly attitude. Instead of providing proper customer service, the behavior made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Overall, the environment, service, and unexpected charges made this one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I am requesting a full refund for this stay. I hope your management team will take this complaint seriously and respond promptly with a fair resolution."

"Free parking and staff members were really friendly. Bottom sheets could be cleaner but everything else was pretty good. Deff more motel vibes than hotel. Delicious pastries for breakfast were from a local bakery."

"I enjoyed resting in my room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Plenty of parking and people seemed to enjoy the outside patio/bar area and the restaurant."

"There is no pool, even though it says there is. The pool is at a different hotel down the street haha. The hotel was decent and clean and in a good location. Our toilet overflowed immediately after arrival, and I had to shut it off because it was overflowing. The staff at the desk simply offered "more towels." I had to explain that we needed a functioning toilet and she eventually agreed to come take a look. Not a great welcoming experience. Also there isn't really a shuttle option to Universal unless you book "3-4 weeks" in advance according to this same employee. We had a different expectation based on the emails and thought we simply had to submit our information."
