「Staff were great to deal with. Pool area was clean and tidy. No one using them (mid November). Rooms were clean and very large. Family of 5 had no problems sleeping with the pull out couch. Couch mattress was not very comfortable but better than other places we have been. Walking distance to pharmacy and grocery. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Underground parking has over 8 feet of headspace. Good for larger vehicles. About a $20 uber to universal studios with a UberXL. Much cheaper for a...

「The location suit my needs. Breakfast is better than other same rating hotel or motel. Room is clean and equipped with bath tub as advertised. The only problem is bath tub always leaking so I can not fully enjoy a hot tub.」

「The hotel employees are very friendly and efficient. The perfect facilities of the hotel made the staying comfortable. The spa pool is my most favorite. There is a Vons across the street with some little restaurants around. I’ve recommended the hotel to my friends.」
