I was disappointed in oir visit. We have stayed at many other locations, however this one was not up to par. Number 1, is the safety of the elevators. They mad so much noice and jerked us so hard when it went to the ground floor. Only 1 was working and the service form that is posted expired in Feb 2025, its March 2026! Fire marshal is my next call. Absolutely not acceptable! #2 the shower was disgusting, hair in the drain, lids to shampoo bottles, obviously not cleaned. The bed was so uncomfortable, after hours of driving and a day of walking the next day, a good sleep is needed. Not in these rooms, they stink like mold, they are uncomfortable, and the TV was broken. And their grab and go breakfast was a grannola bar and coffee in a big container. Who know when that was cleaned last? If the room was any indication as to their cleaning regimen. The only good part was, it was walking distance to target walmart and various food options. We will definitely not be staying there again and I recommended you dont either. Very disappointed.

Halls and room smell like smoke/cigarettes. It was hard to breathe. Only 1 working elevator and there are so many actual residents living in the hotel. Do not get room 412 because room 414 has surround sound. It sounds like you’re in a movie theater. Your entire room will vibrate from the sound effects until 3 in the morning! Don’t count on calling to complain, because nothing will be done. We booked the room counting on the kitchen and the option to be able to prepare food rather than going out to eat. Well, they did not have much for us to you. We got 1 pan and 1 mug. We decided to go to Walmart to buy additional mugs for coffee. Employees were nice & kind but I would not recommend nor return.

Walked in and the table was broken, the TV was broken, had a stuffy smell and basically there was no other room they could give us, had to leave and ask for a refund, they let us know that the manager was not in and to come back in the morning for a refund which is unprofessional, never again.

First off when I checked in, I requested additional blankets. The person at the front counter told me he would check if he had any blankets, but he was not sure if they had any. He then came back and he only gave me one blanket and said they didn’t have any anymore. Once I checked into the room, I tried to turn on the heater. It did not work. It was only blowing cold air, which is when I requested additional blankets and the front desk told me they were currently washing and they’ll be available after 10 PM. This was about 8pm. We ended up falling asleep and never picked up the blankets at the front counter. Then my wife took a shower and expected the water to be hot, but unfortunately, the water was warm. No hot water available. Then I come to find out once I woke up in the morning my children told me they did not sleep with any blankets the bed they had did not have any blankets. Then in the morning, I went downstairs to get coffee. There was no coffee available and also they only have muffins. I did not expect a huge breakfast, but you would think they would have other things besides muffins and coffee available. Maybe oatmil or cereal. The area in which the coffee and muffins were available we’re pretty messy and looked like I needed some cleaning.

The room smelt really bad. The water pressure wasn’t that great. The people above us were so loud and when we called on them the person answered the phone said everyone complains about them but they won’t stop. Elevator felt unsafe. More of a variety for breakfast. Just didn’t feel like it was extended stay standards.

I was very disappointed. We were in town for an event and needed a room for 1 night. The first room we were put in smelled like Marijuana really bad and the floors had piles of dirt. The lobby clerk quickly apologized and moved us to a different room that was much cleaner. However, after getting to the new room we found there was no shower curtain or blow dryer. And the bathroom floor had small pools of water. One elevator was broken and the other sounded like it wasnt gonna last much longer either. The hotel in general seemed to need better house keeping staff and some upgrades. The lobby staff however were vwry friendly. It worked for a quick 1 night stay but we will not be going back.

I feel The floor was not swept nor mopped! I had a large amount of dog hair on the soles of our slippers and socks. Other than the floor the room was clean! The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I love the fact that I can cook my meals and not have to eat out and spend more money than necessary! We will be back! We enjoyed our stay!

The Hotel smells mariquana upon entering into the lobby. Customer service is very poor. I was standing at the front desk and have inquiry and then the front liner responded to me without showing her face and just answered my questions without seeing her. The place is convenient and close to everything that we needed but it’s not pleasant and not recommendable.
