「great bed quality, the hairdryer is really awesome. 」

「Price for pets/parking too high, facility is very limited for a 5 star hotel」

「The room had a strong urine odor throughout our stay, which made it very uncomfortable. Additionally, the female staff member at the front desk was extremely unfriendly and rude — her attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.」
