"The motel staff was excellent and the room was clean. There were quick service eating options very close which I took advantage of during my stay. The room is very basic which matches the price."

"I was really disappointed with my stay. I was charged an unexpected $40 per day hotel fee that was never clearly disclosed upfront, which felt very misleading. On top of that, there was no self-parking available at all — only valet parking for $45 per night, or you’re left trying to find street parking on your own. These extra charges add up quickly and should be made much more transparent before booking. Between the hidden daily fee and the lack of reasonable parking options, the overall experience felt frustrating and overpriced. I would not have chosen to stay here if I had known the true cost in advance."

"Hotel was definitely unique and beautiful. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking is strictly valet. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size but the shower took a few minutes to warm up. The diner served good food and had great staff. Take the stairs, they’re are lined with a variety of autographed photos. The property is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. "

"Nice little hotel near Universal Studio with a trolley to the park. Pool and gym are nice. Internet is slow and spotty. Rooms were clean but small. I really wish the room refrigerator was bigger. It's incredibly small and not at all useful for an extended stay. The staff was amazing. "
