"Great location, clean and friendly staff!"

"The bad thing about it is that you have to pay $25 a day for parking. The cleaning staff made the bed but did not leave towels or soap to shower. They did clean the mirror in the bathroom because what we wrote on it was still there when we took a shower again which makes you think they did not change our sheets or clean anything else. The room itself had a lot of wear and tear. We paid $500 for two nights which is more than what I believe the brooms are worth though the staff is very polite, at least the individual that greeted us."

"It is a great location the staff is awesome. Reasonable priced as well. Great location for things to do around the area. Great parking. 5-10 walk to a universal studio shuttle close places to eat and gas stations close. "

"The room was very nice & clean. The rooms are also pretty sound proof, although I could hear my neighbors alarm go off at 6am very faintly through the wall. The room service was great & came quickly as well. Great shuttle service to Universal Studios as well. "
