The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. We had a great amount of hygiene amenities provided as well as extra towels when needed. The beds were very comfortable and the mini fridge was spacious with a small freezer in it. The kids loved the indoor pool, the only negative is that the pool is supposed to be heated, but it was not heated. All in all it was a great stay.

El personal, fue amable, pero la habitacion tenia muy mal olor, cobraron el estacionamiento y un deposito de 250 dlls(que aun no rembolsan) y que no mencionaron durante la consulta de la reservacion. el hotel esta bien ubicado, pero no me volveria a quedar ahi.
