At about 4:45 am one of the staff knocked at our door stating that we couldn’t be in that room.We were in two women and let me tell you it really scared the hell of us because he was so rude and insisted that we couldn’t be there.Come to find out that it was a mistake from the office. After that incident my daughter in law and I couldn’t go back to sleep anymore. The bathroom had soap from former guests sticking in the shower and the quilt had many holes made from cigarettes

The room was horrible! Non smoking cigarette burns all over the room. Sheets were dirty. Staff very rude when asked for clean linen and towels. Didn’t clean or restock my room . People were in the parking lot drinking and smoking pot til all hours of the night. I will never be back or recommend that motel to anyone. They falsely advertised.

Our stay at The Laureate Key West was absolutely amazing! The resort is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well maintained. It’s a charming place in a perfect location, close to everything Key West has to offer. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed in a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen, which was perfect for our family. Waking up to the ocean view every morning and watching the breathtaking sunsets every evening was truly unforgettable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Laureate Key West to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable vacation!

I was a very basic stay. My only issue is that the bathroom had basically holes dented in the floor and the tub had cig burns in it.

There were rips in the couch, stains in the bathtub and bathroom. The room was super smelly and it just wasn’t great. We couldn’t stay. The staff member at the desk was super helpful and understanding. Ultimately was able to get a full refund for my room. The room definitely needs updating and better cleaning.

Everything was good. The only thing is the pool closes to early and you have to have your own towels for the pool. And there are no chairs at the pool. Not really a big deal. We like to go to the pool when we get back to the room around 8:30 or 9 and the closes at 8. And they don’t have an ice machine. Just ice in a bag and you can only get so much. All in all it was a great place to stay and we will be back!
