The Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites, Los Angeles
10/10 Excellent
"The staff are amazing, and the room was pretty clean except we did find someone’s lashes in one corner of our room floor, which grossed me out a bit. We also had a non working tv, but the staff easily moved us into another room. Overall a great 7 day stay! Thank you!"
"A modern, stylish hotel that won't blow your budget. You can control your room from the palm of your hand - an iPad is used to manage room temperature, lighting, tv and even the blinds! The hotel is circa 5 mins away from a metro station which we used to get around - using the Tap app you'll never pay more than $5 a day. All staff were friendly and eager to help. Would highly recommend."
"I was nervous about the area driving in, but in the end I’m glad we decided to stay. Was a really nice room, felt more homey than any other room I’ve stayed in. Staff was very nice and despite it being in a questionable area it feels really safe there you have a nice area to hang out in front of the door that’s clean and feels private, even though it’s right on the busy street. Food and some shopping is in walking distance and even though there’s no parking lot for the hotel itself, the parking garages are really easy to get to, and the staff even recommended one that has more security. So it wasn’t as much inconvenience as you think it would be. Overall, it was a great! "
