The entire experience from the beginning to the end was excellent. Entire staff is pleasant and helpful, restaurant and lobby bar are great, and lobby and rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Only small complaint is the expensive drink prices, but everything else more than makes up for it.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Conrad Los Angeles. The property is absolutely beautiful — elegant without feeling stuffy — and the service was exceptional from start to finish. Even though it was downtown, it was very clean and safe. There are also Walt Disney Hall and the museum nearby, and it's easy to get to Dodgers Stadium.

Outstanding Stay

The hotel is amazing, very high-end! The housekeeping went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I wanted! Check-in and restaurant was great as well. One of the better city hotels I have ever visited.
