「Staff was a little cold and wrapped up in personal stuff. Not really appealing when you've been traveling. Most of the guests had been there for a Long time and they took it over like it's theirs」

「The room was tidy, bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The location is a great downtown location close to the alley and flower markets. New York style apartment furnished sparingly but well. Park in the open big lot across the street if you plant to go out past nine at night. Got to every location within 30 minutes!」

「Most people would tell you to stay away from Downtown LA as much as possible, which is kinda true if you want to stay away from most of the homeless people. I remember I had a night where a concert ended in LA LIVE and the area was packed with participants and homeless people. The next day you can see and smell vomit and piss basically everywhere near the hotel. The room is comfortable for a 3-star hotel but I am on the side that they can improve their hygienic level. You can see stains lying...
