「Your building manager is much much more than the title implies. The service from Mike and Cassandra went way above and beyond what people would expect more like a personal concierge the room was exceptional, clean neat and tidy. This is a little gem of a place in an otherwise sea of customer service people have forgotten.」

「I stay here due to the proximity to The Orpheum Theatre. The area is still up and coming and may not be for everyone but I’ve never had an issue and it’s only been getting better every time I come since so many new restaurants are opening up on the block. This was my first time staying in the room with the full kitchen and 2 king beds and I really enjoyed the space for me and my family This will definitely be the room I book from now on.」

「The lighting is so bad for the room. You cannot see any books or documents in the room at night. It’s just so dark. The air conditioner is out of order in my room and I had asked hotel to check in the morning but when I back at night, nothing fixed and I have to go down to reception at night and ask to check again. The telephone in th e room is also out of order that’s why I cannot call from room to ask help! The breakfast is terrible, its buffet the choices of food are unbelievable little but...

「Most people would tell you to stay away from Downtown LA as much as possible, which is kinda true if you want to stay away from most of the homeless people. I remember I had a night where a concert ended in LA LIVE and the area was packed with participants and homeless people. The next day you can see and smell vomit and piss basically everywhere near the hotel. The room is comfortable for a 3-star hotel but I am on the side that they can improve their hygienic level.
