「Great experience」

「Clean. Nothing too extra, but good enough. 」

「Disgusting!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. THERE WERE AT LEAST 4 cockroaches that I had to terminate. I even showed the owner she just picked it up and threw it away. I squished another bug as well. We couldn’t sleep. We were nervous about the cockroaches. The blanket was SUPER thin!!! When I tried to explain to the manager that there were more and we couldn’t sleep she said they don’t have any during the day and when the door is opened they come in. She wouldn’t give me any kind of discount. This place...

「Booked this place 2 months in advance and was told upon arrival they didn’t have my booking. The area is very sketchy and exterior very run down. Its not worth the stay, find somewhere else and don’t take the chance!」

「The room is quite tight but with all well designed necessities which the customers demand is considered . Most functions of dining , meeting and working are allocated in its lobby areas to get the community more closely. The only thing I am not get used to is u need to carry the bottle of filled water from the lobby cafe areas which might not convenient especially in the evening or for guest who prefer to drink hot tea or coffee at room.」

「Overall is good!」

「We loved our stay at the Ivory hotel. The team, decor, vibe, and location was great. The staff and management were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Ordered a bottle of wine to the room one night and it showed in 5 minutes with a smile from Robert. Would definitely stay at this great boutique hotel again when I’m in Los Angeles.」

「My room at the top floor, airconditioning is very poor, after complaining provided additional fans ,no clean up the room for one day, but the housekeeping said they forgot to clean, The billing system is poor, room guest for Breadfast or dinner usually will claim at the room bill, but they charge to my deposit credit card immediately, but the final bill found double charging. Very disappointed the experience on this Hotel, only the swimming pool is a good value on my stay, but the rest of thing...
